Horsenality Report (Digital)

Do not waste your money. I could not download, not email my report. I had seen other customer reviews with the same issue so I reached out to Parelli customer service with screen shots and a video of what I was experiencing. They seemed surprised to know that other customers were unhappy then agreed my issue was strange and said they would look into it. I received no further follow up for five days and when I did, the solution was simply to issue a refund…that I’m still waiting to receive.

First of all, I want to say that I am very experienced and have been working with the Parelli program for 20 years. With 5 of my other horses, I benefited greatly from the reports. Only this time, I can't do much with them.
The horse in question is situated between two horsenalities, bouncing back and forth between them. The advice is to move along with him and adjust the strategy. Since he has a concentration span of only 10 seconds this one, it is almost impossible to adjust the strategy every 10 seconds.
He is super smart, therefore very inquisitive and curious, and he outsmarts me on all levels. He immediately recognizes what you are asking of him and were it is going to. To get out of it, he even deliberately fakes his horsenality. So I think this one needs a separate category and a leader who is more creative, faster, and smarter than I am.

Years ago I ordered 2 Horsenality reports but I did not order one 14 days ago.

It was too much hassle to redeem the report so I never got it done. I tried to log in and find it several times. I was told to call in about it but I don't want to have to do that. Online experience needs to be more user friendly

I've ordered an payed for the report I think somewhere last year. There was something wrong in the connection while filling it out and it was not complete and I got the wrong results. I've emailed about this problem but never got an answer. Wasted money to be honest. Otherwise very big fan of the program!
