Return & Exchange Information

Please check your order carefully. We cannot accept exchanges and/or returns on items past 30 days of the order date. If you need to return and/or exchange an item, please call the office (1-800-642-3335) or email support@parelli.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This must be done within 30 days of the date on your invoice. 

Please include in your return/exchange a copy of your invoice (proof of purchase) and your Return Authorization Number. This needs to be put inside the package being sent.  Final decisions regarding condition, restocking fee, and reimbursement are at the discretion of the Warehouse Department. Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the goods receipt date.

*Customer is responsible for paying all return shipping and handling charges on returns and/or exchanges. 

NON-returnable (or refundable) items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Products (such as digital education (curricula) and/or online courses)
  • Health and Personal Care Items
  • Event Tickets
  • In-Person Course Tuition 

Product Warranty

We take pride in our products that are made in the USA in the Horse Capital of the World: Ocala, Florida. We stand behind our products, and our limited warranty covers defects in both craftsmanship and/or materials within the first 60 days of ownership (i.e. 60 days from the delivery date). 

Parelli Halters and Hackamores are NOT adjustable. Untying any of the knots will void the warranty. Please do not try and adjust the size. Please call or email our office with any questions or concerns regarding the knots and/or sizing. 

Change of Plans Policy

Due to internal planning, logistics, faculty, and curriculum(s), our Courses are thoroughly planned and organized months in advance. Though in-person course tuition is non-refundable, we understand that life happens. To accommodate those potential changes, our policies are as follows.

We strongly advise against cancellations, but for those who must cancel, please refer to the following procedures: 

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days before the course, will receive a refund of 50%.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the course, will not receive a refund.
  • If notifying our Course Administrator (courses@parelli.com) at least 30 days before the course, our Flexibility Policy allows customers to apply their full credit paid toward any applicable course tuition within 24 months (2 years) of their original purchase date. Please note: After the 24 month term has passed, this credit will be null and void.

    Odds & Ends

    Items listed as a Closeout may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
