I don’t know if this was my mistake or not but I wanted a lime green carrot stick with a purple savvy string and I received white & white. Otherwise perfect. It did take longer that I expected to receive it.
Despite being in contact with both the shipper and Parelli, at this point I still haven't received the carrot stick and have no timeline or resolution to the missing product. Parelli won't issue a replacement or refund until the original item is returned to them and USPS can't locate the package. While I understand that Parelli has no control over what happens after the package leaves their warehouse, at this point I feel like I'm just out the money I paid for the product and shipping and have no recourse.
I have not received this product; I am really looking forward to getting it but it's not here.
