Nice but

Beautiful reins. Good quality but the horse hair tassel is always in the way especially if I let my horse rest n graze. I was always careful that he doesn’t step on it n break it but sure enough today it happened n now my beautiful still new looking mecate reins looks like they have a rat tail.
Is there a way to fix it?
