(Don’t know how to add this note to my previous review) Less than 24 hrs after my review about my horse popping the ball, I received an email from Parelli Dir. of Operations that they would be replacing the ball my horse popped with his teeth. Today, got a phone call as well as an email confirmation of the new Big Green Ball on its way. Can’t say enough about how much Parelli cares about not only horses, but their owners as well. This unnecessary kindness brought me to tears. They did not have to do this. Definitely one of the best Christmas gifts ever. This type of excellent customer service is a rare thing these days. Less than 15 minutes later…😭😭😭
My Morgan 4yo gelding has destroyed 5 horseman’s pride balls (my longhorn helped him with the last one) so decided to invest in this one thinking “surely he can’t destroy this…”. Welp, he can, and he did, less than 15 min. later. ALSO appears he has consumed a nickel sz. piece of the big green ball.😭 Do you sell patches and an indestructible cover? Now into approx $275 of horse ball toys. Only balls he can’t destroy (yet) are Kong dog/rope tug toys.🤦🏻♀️ Please help!
