Born in 2017, Colt 45 is one of those horses that every time Pat takes him into public people ask who is that horse and how is he bred. He has a great cutting horse look, style, and balance. His natural cutting horse training is going beautifully and right on track.
He is a full brother to Priscilla “My Rockin Date” whom Pat prepared for the World Championship Cutting Horse Futurity but who, along with her training partner Elvis, came down with a 104 fever the day before they were set to compete, but who went on to win 2nd place in the Florida Cutting Horse Derby.
His sire is Rockin W by Duel Rey who was the World Champion Futurity Open division winner, and his grandmother, Smart Date, won the 1987 Futurity. This horse has been ridden exclusively by Pat.
