Hello all. A few glitches in my recent rein purchase. The on-line system didn’t take my order for black reins and they came in green. I paid to ship them back and paid again to have the right colour rein shipped, making an additional $60 cost to the reins. I anticipated that the reins would be put in the mail the day I called with my credit card for the mailing charges, but it was, in fact, weeks later. Since I had ordered them for someone else, I was less than delighted with the whole experience. I’ll think twice before I order again.
On a follow up, the recipient is very pleased with the reins.
