I liked the report, but after all, it was a cumulation of the information on LBI I’ve already studied with other Parelli material (DVD, Savvy libaray and such) I expected a little bit more tailored information (but in the end, how far can you go with a questionnaire) so I suppose my expectations were just a little too high. So for everyone who has not studied Horsenalities too much beforehand it is very informative, but if you already know a lot and known what main category your horse falls into it can not give you startling new information.
This was a great investment. Tucker has been a very challenging horse and the things I learned from this report have helped me to get closer to Tucker and advance his and my learning.
Really helped me figure out my horse. I was slightly off on her horsenality, and the new training ideas are making a huge difference.
I thought I was losing my mind trying to figure out my horse's erratic behavior--until I took the horsenality test and learned that he's a Left-Brain Extrovert on the cusp between Left-Brain and Right Brain. This means he has a tendency to shift back and forth between Left-Brain and Right-Brain, making it challenging to read him. The Horsenality report gave me much more insight than I expected. And in addition to understanding my horse better, I now have specific instructions as to how to interact with him and improve my leadership with him.
In just two weeks of practicing new patterns and becoming more aware of his tendencies to shift from LBE to RBE, I can already see him relaxing more. The entire Savvy program makes so much more sense now that I have the "owners manual" for my horse. The best part is I can tell he's having more fun now and so am I!
